This is a direct hire opportunity. A qualified candidate must be local to Atlanta as there will be occasional onsite work with our clients. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs, and building strong relationships.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify client objectives, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop innovative solutions and strategic recommendations tailored to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to consulting services.
- Share insights and lessons learned with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What is required: - Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience (3-10 years) in management consulting performing client-facing work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience participating in or facilitating business process improvement projects is a plus.
