Job Title: LMS Administrator

Job Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS to support training and learning initiatives.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the system.
• Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning content, courses, and learning paths.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors for system enhancements.
• Generate reports and analytics on user engagement, course completion, and compliance.
• Ensure LMS compliance with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC) and data security policies.
• Work with HR, L&D, and IT teams to align the LMS with business objectives.
• Stay updated with new LMS features, updates, and best practices.

• Experience in LMS administration.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle, SAP Litmos, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, etc.).
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and course authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.
• Strong analytical skills for generating reports and insights.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in corporate learning, e-learning, or instructional design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for LMS customization.
• Certifications in LMS administration or instructional technology are a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
