A well-established law firm in Sacramento is expanding its paralegal department and is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients in a collaborative and supportive environment, performing essential legal work requiring knowledge of legal concepts and procedures.

Candidates must be highly motivated, eager to learn, self-sufficient, and dedicated to excelling in a fast-paced legal environment. The salary range for this position is $57,000 to $75,000 , depending on experience.

• Review, organize, and analyze legal documents.
• Handle a high volume of discovery documents.
• Draft legal documents, including subpoenas.
• Receive training in managing and producing electronically stored information using Casepoint .
• Summarize depositions and other legal materials.
• Review medical and employee records.
• Assist in trial preparation, including building trial presentations using TrialDirector .
• Conduct background and real estate searches.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in case management.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and colleagues, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
• Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and document management systems .
• Experience with eDiscovery and trial presentation software is a plus.
• Certified by an ABA-approved paralegal program .
• Compliance with California Business and Professions Code 6450 .
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
