Well-established Northern California Land Surveying, Land Planning, and Civil Engineering Consulting firm actively seeks Licensed Land Surveyor to join our thriving Pleasanton or Rocklin, CA office.
Our land survey team performs a key role in the success of our firm by providing vital support to our extensive Civil Land Development services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing and forward-thinking firm.

Licensed Land Surveyor Qualifications & Experience Needed:
Must be a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in California
Have a minimum of 5 years of land surveying industry work experience pertaining to the land development industry
AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is a must
GPS/field /office survey experience is a plus
Prior work experience pertaining to the preparation of boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision mapping, and the preparation of documents such as ALTA surveys, Final Maps, Parcel Maps, Record-of-Surveys, and related documents
Previous experience with transportation such as Caltrans or municipal projects is a plus
Experience with Trimble Business Center is a plus
Licensed Land Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:
Preparation of boundary and topographic surveys
Coordination with clients and our firms project managers
Coordination with the field crew supervisor for necessary field surveys
Preparation of documents such as ALTA surveys, Final Maps, Parcel Maps, Record-of-Surveys, and related documents.
