Role:

This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of client billing at a law firm or legal department. They work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely billing to clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate and distribute client invoices based on attorney and paralegal time entries and expenses incurred.
• Review time entries and expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
• Maintain and update client billing files and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experienced required.
• 3+ Years of legal/law firm experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Billing Systems, Invoicing and Billing process.
