Why This Role Matters As Management Company Lead, you'll oversee day-to-day financial operations while spearheading major initiatives, including accounting system implementation and process automation. You'll collaborate across teams, manage budgets, and ensure financial excellence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
