About the Role: As a Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll leverage your expertise in Power BI to create visually appealing and informative dashboards, reports, and data models that empower stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable visualizations.
• Develop data models using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and transformations.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems to enable seamless data flow.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power BI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX.
• Experience working with various data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, Azure Data Lake, Power BI Datasets).
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
• Certifications related to Power BI or data analytics.
