Position Summary: The Production Team Leader position requires a professional, organized individual with the ability to take ownership of new projects. This role requires management of multiple projects simultaneously, accuracy in daily work, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In compliance with the company direction and to meet customers expectation, utilize up to 10 workers safely and efficiently to complete the work given for the shift.
