Position Summary:
The IT Director is responsible for driving the organization's technological vision, strategy, and execution. This includes spearheading digital transformation initiatives, harnessing advanced analytics and AI to unlock business value, and reinventing services/products through innovation. The role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully aligning technology with strategic business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business growth and transformation objectives.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into business operations.
• Innovation and Reinvention: Reimagine core business processes and offerings to leverage new technological capabilities.
• SaaS Leadership: Oversee the strategic direction and development of proprietary SaaS products, including feature prioritization and roadmap alignment with market needs.
• Team Building: Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Partnerships and Ecosystem: Build strategic relationships with tech vendors, partners, and thought leaders in AI and analytics.
• Governance and Risk: Ensure robust security, data privacy, and compliance practices to safeguard organizational assets and customer trust.
• Technology Advocacy: Serve as a thought leader and advocate for technology-driven innovation within and outside the organization.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership roles in technology, including significant experience in AI and analytics.
• Proven track record of business transformation through technology innovation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
• Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities.
