Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Integration:

• Partner with leadership to ensure information management practices align with organizational goals and governance policies
• Embed data management principles into existing and emerging technologies and processes

Process Improvement & Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions across data responsibilities
• Drive discussions on complex challenges with cross-functional teams to align tools and practices with business needs

Data Quality & Risk Management:

• Oversee and validate Information Asset Inventories, ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Design data quality rules, metrics, and corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead the development of data quality improvement plans

Master & Reference Data Management:

• Develop processes to align with enterprise policies and maintain the integrity of master and reference data
• Monitor and escalate compliance risks where necessary.

Leadership & Influence:

• Lead initiatives in data lineage, privacy, and sensitive data classification to reduce inherent risks
• Mentor and influence teams across business areas to adopt enhanced data practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; Alternatively, 4 years of data and analytics or technical experience may substitute for a degree
• 8+ years of experience in information management, business application functions, or data delivery
• If you hold an advanced degree, 6+ years of experience in relevant functions
• Experience with consumer privacy, data sharing, and user-developed applications
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences
• Indirect leadership and mentoring abilities
• Analytical skills to synthesize information and recommend actionable initiatives
• Knowledge of data management tools and governance methods

Proven Expertise in:

• Developing strategies and processes for complex information management challenges
• Leading projects utilizing data management practices to address lifecycle risks.
• Advanced SQL and Agile methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
