*reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel and are responsible for the provision of legal advice and services to executives and operating units with emphasis on compliance, transactional and research matters. *Provides advice and counsel to University officers, administrators and designated representatives on the full range of University legal issues and matters, including but not limited to matters relating to legal and regulatory compliance, data governance and security, contracts, student and academic affairs, financial aid, research, and intellectual property. *Drafts, reviews and/or revises University rules, policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory compliance requirements. $115,500
