**HR/Payroll Associate** **Location:** Florence, SC **Pay Rate:** $18/hour **Employment Type:** Temporary to Permanent Olsten Staffing has an immediate opening for an **HR/Payroll Associate** with a well-established company. This role works directly with HR, performing payroll duties and coordinating employee benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the leadership team to implement talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning. - Support organizational goals, values, and daily HR operations. - Compile payroll data, including hours worked, sales volume, bonuses, commissions, tax withholdings, and employee contributions to insurance and retirement plans. - Enter, maintain, and process payroll information, including hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses, paid leave, deductions, and employee updates. - Provide excellent service to employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. - Perform other HR and payroll duties as assigned. - Duties and responsibilities may be reassigned as business needs require. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of payroll experience required. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Confident, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. **About Olsten Staffing:** Olsten Staffing has been connecting great candidates with excellent opportunities for over 60 years!
