Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role serves as a company culture ambassador and the face of our HR team—both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded HR background and a passion for people, process, and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for industrial and other roles, supporting hiring managers and maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Administer bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits enrollment and administration, including employee communication and issue resolution.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, handling concerns professionally and in alignment with company culture.
• Coordinate HR events and initiatives that foster engagement and reinforce our family-focused environment.
• Provide general HR support across departments and maintain accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Prior experience with industrial or manufacturing recruitment is a strong plus.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to represent company values in every interaction.
• Must be based locally in Tallahassee, FL or nearby South GA (Thomas or Grady Counties).
• No relocation assistance is available for this position.
