You are probably familiar with our best-known product, the hCaptcha security suite. Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Intuition Machines, you will spearhead the development and execution of growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention among developer communities.

What will you do:

• Design, execute, and measure experiments to boost traffic and engagement on hcaptcha.com. Ensure visitors recognize hCaptcha as the premier ML security platform to drive qualified opportunities and activated sign-ups.
• Partner with Sales Operations to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for hCaptcha web properties, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external organizations to drive co-marketing activities, referral partnerships, and more.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years managing website experiences for a large company.
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys, with a focus on conversions and user experience.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies, where the product itself is a key driver of customer acquisition and retention.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and pain points.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO and related strategies.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in pulling data and building reports within CRM systems, Redash, etc. 
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and developing scripts for marketing campaigns.
• Experience with growth hacking techniques and strategies.
