KBOX Enterprises is seeking an experienced Furniture Delivery and Assembly Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting our drivers with the delivery and assembly of furniture at customer locations. This is a customer-centric position, and as a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the loading and unloading of furniture, assisting with assemblies, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. This position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience in furniture delivery, assembly, or manual labor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with the delivery and assembly of furniture at customer locations.
• Safely load, unload, and secure furniture for transport.
• Help with the assembly and setup of furniture in customer homes or businesses.
• Maintain professional and friendly customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure all deliveries and assemblies are completed on time and according to customer specifications.
• Keep the delivery area clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
• Assist the driver in meeting daily and weekly performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in furniture delivery, assembly , or similar physical labor work.
• Must pass a 10 year background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid way to work to our warehouse in Smyrna.
• Ability to lift heavy furniture and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time : Tuesday through Saturday.
• Hours: 7-10 hours per day depending on the season.
• Day starts at 5:00am and ends once deliveries are complete.

Compensation:

• Base Pay : $150 per day (ability to make quarterly performance bonuses based on business revenue).
• Biweekly Pay : Payments issued every two weeks via direct deposit.
• Contract : 1099 Independent Contractor position.
