F ull-Time Nanny | Westwood, MA | $60,400 - $74,880 per year

Hourly Rate: $30-$32 per hour
Start Date: End of 2024
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM on two days; 8:30 AM start on other days (Guaranteed 45 hours per week – Flexibility required)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 sick days, 3 personal days, paid holidays

A warm and welcoming family in Dover, MA, is seeking an energetic, responsible, and hands-on nanny for their three children (ages 3, 6, and 11). If you love exploring the outdoors, playing in the snow during winter, organizing fun activities, and staying fully engaged with the kids, this could be the perfect role for you!

The ideal candidate is not only experienced and reliable but also highly safety-conscious and attentive. We are looking for someone who stays off their phone while working, keeps a watchful eye on the children, and ensures a fun yet structured environment.

• Engaging & Active Care – Keep the 3-year-old entertained during the day with fun, age-appropriate activities while ensuring a smooth afterschool routine for the older kids.
• Afterschool Support – Help with homework, drive to activities (mileage reimbursement provided), and encourage independence while offering support as needed.
• Household Assistance – Tidy up after meals, manage children's laundry, and organize their belongings (a housekeeper handles deep cleaning).
• Encouraging Outdoor Play – Embrace all seasons by playing outside, exploring nature, and making winter fun with snow-filled adventures!

• Experienced & Safety-Focused – A nanny with a strong background in childcare, especially with multiple children.
• Your attentiveness and safety-first mindset are key.
  
• Active & Engaging – Someone who enjoys playing, running around, and being hands-on rather than relying on screens for entertainment.
  
• Reliable & Responsible – Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for school/activity drop-offs & pickups.
