All Out GD is a fast-paced wrap, tint, and paint protection shop offering high-quality vehicle customization services. We are looking for a highly efficient, sales-driven, and organized Front Office Manager to handle daily shop operations, manage scheduling, and drive sales. This person will be the face of the shop, ensuring smooth customer interactions while also assisting with printing and other shop-related tasks. Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service • Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. • Provide pricing, recommend services, and close sales confidently. • Follow up on leads and past customers to maximize sales. • Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience. Scheduling & Shop Coordination • Book and coordinate jobs efficiently to maximize shop productivity. • Communicate with installers to ensure workflow runs smoothly. • Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met. Administrative & Shop Support • Manage daily operations of the front office. • Handle payments, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks. • Operate and maintain printing equipment for wraps and decals. • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Qualifications: • Strong sales skills – confident in closing deals and upselling services. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. • Experience with scheduling and managing shop workflow. • Basic computer and printing knowledge (or willing to learn). • Problem-solving mindset – able to adapt to daily shop challenges. • Previous experience in the automotive, wraps, tint, or sales industry is a bonus.
