Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Floor Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation and a dedication to delivering craftsmanship and precision in all their work.

• Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
• Prepare installation sites by cleaning the area and removing any old flooring or materials.
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit around obstacles and into tight corners.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment to install padding, flooring, and trim.
• Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Installer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Physical stamina and strength to move heavy equipment and flooring materials.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification or training in floor installation is a plus.
