Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

A Family Nurse Practitioner is needed in San Jose, CA.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive pay range of $136,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday seeing an average of 16-20 patients per day.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• EMR system is EPIC
• Willing to assume primary care role for a full patient panel

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of NP experience required
• Primary Care Experience Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of two years of clinical work-related experience.
• Active, unrestricted license with the California Board of Registered Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active, Unrestricted DEA license.
• BLS certification preferred.
