The Executive Sous Chef help manage the culinary activities of our state-of-the-art galleys and maintain food cost at reasonable levels, without affecting quality and standards. You will also prepare international cuisine in multiple venues, while enforcing USPH and HACCP procedures for sanitation and cleanliness. Other responsibilities include monitoring workstations and staff for adherence to all procedures, while managing and training a large culinary staff to consistently meet performance standards.

Extensive experience managing a multicultural team in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility, is a must.

You're the Executive Sous Chef we want if you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.10 years of experience in the culinary industry and an associate degree (or its equivalent) and/or chef apprenticeship from an accredited culinary or hospitality school are other key qualifications.
