Our Purpose:
The EH&S department works closely with all departments across the site to ensure the site meets all requirements of local and federal environmental, health and safety laws and regulations. BSC Coventry, a Medical Device Sterilization site, uses hazardous chemicals as a part of its main process, making the EH&S team a critical aspect of the day-to-day operations of the site.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $58,240.00 to $64,480.00. plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
