Responsibilities: What we expect from Elam Real Estate Agents: • A strong work ethic and solid morals • A commitment to complete the training cycle and meet the necessary benchmarks • The ability to follow instructions and be coachable • A basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn several computer programs • Strong communication skills • Good organizational skills • Adaptable personality • The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles • Availability to work full-time or part-time if necessary • A valid driver's license and a properly insured vehicle • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others Qualifications: Here are some additional actions and attributes you'll need to be successful in working with our company: • Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks of joining Elam or currently licensed (we can assist with understanding the process) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and desire to succeed • Be committed to following through with what you say you will do • Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly • Ability to work as a team within the Elam Family • Integrity is a Must for our agents • Sales experience is not necessary, but helpful About Company: Elam Real Estate represents the region's finest properties with exceptional skills using the most innovative technologies.
