Job detailsMainly responsible for teaching and classroom management of two courses, English Extensive Reading and English Audio lingual visual CourseOffer elective courses according to learners' preferences and specialtiesSelect teaching materials based on learners' competence, assist students in making reading plans, and provide effective guidance for implementationDesign reading task sheets and listening assignments, guide students to complete, correct, and give feedbackParticipate in the regular weekly teaching seminarParticipate in school and department teachers' group activities, including students' sports meetings and other foreign teachers' related meetingsAssist the school with other tasks such as enrollment and recruitment QualificationsBachelor degree BA/BS in English Linguistics or English Literature preferredTESOL, TEFL, or other certifications in the area of expertiseExperience in teaching English Extensive Reading is highly desirableBe punctual and responsible in lesson prep, class attendance, homework correction, and teaching evaluations; excel in interpersonal and cross-cultural communication Salary and benefitsMonthly salary from 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsFully paid Summer and Winter holidaysNational public holidaysMedical and accident insurance providedFree tuition for dependent childrenResidence and work permit sponsored
