Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative **Electromagnetic Warfare Intelligence Analyst** to provide research, analysis, and planning support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate as part of a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell supporting U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) at Ft. Shafter, Hawaii. You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you: + Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high impact, dynamic environment. + Have experience and a desire to work independently to successfully achieve objectives. + Have Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Pacific. You will provide assistance to senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USARPAC senior leader consumption. You'll also provide research and analysis of various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat and intelligence assessments. You will aid in processes, data management and analysis functions to synchronize Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS)-related capabilities and activities. Also, you'll assist in the planning and coordinating of operations within the electromagnetic operational environment (EMOE). This position will identify operational areas of concern, inform planning efforts, and help develop new concepts and identify new capabilities for Electromagnetic Warfare. The ever-increasing demands associated with a congested and contested electromagnetic environment require strategic and operational partners who are properly postured to meet mission critical requirements. You will support innovative approaches to integrating partner nation capabilities as well as close coordination with Service Components, research labs, industry, OSD, and Joint Staff. You will also represent USARPAC in JEMSO community-wide and theater-wide video teleconferences and working groups. This position will work directly for the USINDOPACOM JEMSO cell with primary responsibility and place of work embedded at USARPAC. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Provide assistance to senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USARPAC senior leader consumption. + Provide ELINT research and analytic detailed study to support JEMSO focused on USARPAC operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific. + Provide research and analysis of various ELINT related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises with a specific focus on USARPAC related operations. + Utilize state-of-the-art ELINT/processing/storage tools, technologies, and methodologies to maximize value to the operational mission. + Continuously assess the effectiveness of EW methodologies, tools, and techniques as needed, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership in support of operational requirements. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or 10 years of Electromagnetic Warfare operations, capability development and/or policy experience in lieu of degree. + At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ. + At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations. + Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS). + Experience in writing reports, graphics and information papers. + Experience analyzing operational data. + Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's Degree and/or attendance at Service Command and General Staff College. + Background in U.S. Army JEMSO operations. + Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and INDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as DHS and State Department. + Graduate of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course. + Familiar with JEMSO applications and databases (FADE/MIST, CED, etc.) **Compensation & Benefits** HIRING SALARY RANGE: $145K - $160K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
