At DeGraaf Electrical Service, LLC, we’re all about delivering exceptional service to our customers, and we’re looking for a skilled Electrician with experience in residential electrical service to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives on independence and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! You’ll be one of our experts running service calls, bringing your technical skills and excellent customer service to every job. Our current service area includes all of Pensacola as well as Pace, Milton, Jay, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and Crestview. We work Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems with precision, ensuring customers are always safe and satisfied.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by educating them about their options and helping them make informed decisions.
• Take ownership of your service calls and always strive to exceed revenue goals - your performance matters!
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise to earn referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with our customer service and dispatch teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Keep your job site clean, organized, and safe, and ensure your service vehicle is well-stocked and ready to roll.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay sharp and grow your skills.
• Mentor apprentices, guiding them to become confident, independent electricians who are ready to tackle any challenge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential electrical service, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and codes.
• A commitment to doing the job right the first time - we value quality over shortcuts.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record - because we need you to be reliable on the road too!
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional follow-through - you finish what you start!
• Strong communication skills - whether you’re explaining technical details to customers or collaborating with teammates, you’re clear, concise, and approachable.
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement - you're always striving to be the best version of yourself, both professionally and personally.
