The primary focus will be on the Front Office and Breakfast operations. Our candidate ideally will have Marriott experience but not required. Strong attention to the details and outstanding guest services skills required. Ability to lead the operations in support of the GM. Qualifications: Previous hotel supervisory experience at the Front Desk and or housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is required - a minimum of two years. The ability to provide excellent customer service and make decisions without a lot of supervision is required. The ability to lead and direct the work of others is required. The perfect candidate must have the ability to perform under pressure with professionalism. Marriott experience is highly preferred.
