Job Description

A growing national company with local ownership in Northern Columbus is looking for motivated, experienced drywall professionals to join a team of repair specialists.  We specialize in small to medium sized drywall repair and installation jobs with additional texture and paint.  Strong candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient and have good communication skills.  The entire process of the repair falls within the technician’s responsibility, from the removal of damaged drywall through to painting and clean-up.
A company wrapped vehicle, as well as tools, supplies and uniforms are provided.  Hourly wage from $22-26 based on experience and qualifications.  Potential bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drywall installation, repair and finishing experience required
• Experience with common and specialty texture
• Experience in painting, carpentry and home repair a plus
• Ability to self-manage and work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Excellent customer service skills.  Must be able to communicate with clients
• Ability to quote work
• Computer and Technology savvy
• Ability to work on feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Motivated to grow and improve with the business
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation

Additional Notes
Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
Company vehicle and tools will be provided after probationary period.
