We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Door Hanger Distributor to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview:
Lawn Doctor of Charleston-Huntington-Ashland is looking for an enthusiastic door hanger to join our growing team. No previous Marketing experience is required, but a can-do attitude, willingness to work only on assigned routes, and ability to represent our organization with courtesy and respect.

Job Description: As a Door Hanger Distributor, you will be responsible for efficiently distributing promotional materials, such as door hangers, to targeted residential areas. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness and generate leads for Lawn Doctor of Charleston-Huntington-Ashland. 

Responsibilities:

• Distribute door hangers to designated residential areas as instructed by the team leader or supervisor.
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of promotional materials to each household within the assigned territory.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations during distribution activities.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of distribution routes and strategies to improve future campaigns.
• Keep detailed records of distribution activities, including the number of door hangers distributed and any issues encountered.
• Communicate regularly with the team leader or supervisor to report progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and navigate residential neighborhoods efficiently.
• Basic understanding of map reading and route planning.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in distribution tasks.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Reliable phone to track hangers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in door-to-door marketing or distribution.
• Familiarity with the local area and neighborhoods.
