Our clients are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers at residential group homes to provide services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in West Chester, Downingtown and Paoli areas.

Weekly, hourly compensation: $16/hour Monday-Friday, $17/hour Saturday & Sunday

Long term independent contracts - Ongoing 2nd shift (3p-11p and 2p-10p) schedules
Must have consistent, ongoing availability that includes every other Saturday & Sunday from 9a-9p.

CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
* Valid Driver's License
* High School Diploma/GED Preferred
* Covid Vaccinated
* Experience working with persons with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
* Accelerated placement with proof of valid Physical and TB/PPD screening (within one year)

CLIENT'S ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Complete client's required computer-based IDD trainings
* Complete and pass background checks

As a Direct Support Professional, you will actively assist adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with personal care/hygiene, activity/community participation, meal prep, light housekeeping and more!

CONTRACTING WITH DTG
This is an independent contractor opportunity for anyone who has ever worked as a: CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, PCA, Personal Care Assistant, Companion, HHA, Home Health Aide, Hospice Worker, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, DCW, Patient Care Technician, DSP and/or Direct Support Professional to provide support to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities in group home settings.
