We're seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our patients. This is a key role where you’ll manage appointments, assist with insurance, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with a smile.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing helpful information.
• Verify insurance and assist with billing questions.
• Handle patient payments and manage office tasks.
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience (dental/medical office preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player.
• Comfortable with office software and handling patient information.
