Position Overview

The Data Management Analyst will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of TSA’s executive dashboards, performance trackers, and data management tools. This role ensures decision-makers have timely, accurate, and actionable information to support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain executive-level dashboards tracking costs, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Develop and refine data management processes to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers for project milestones, resource allocation, and schedule delays.
• Ensure data consistency and alignment across multiple TSA branches and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of program data management and reporting experience in a federal environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with DHS/TSA performance reporting preferred.
