Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Property and Casualty insurance field? Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in the insurance industry? If so, we have the perfect position for you!

**Position Overview:**
This part-time role is ideal for someone who is semi-retired or seeking a flexible work schedule. You will work 12 hours per week in a hybrid model, with the potential to transition to a fully remote position.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the president and agents as needed
- Endorse policies
- Complete accords
- Issue Certificates of Insurance
- Maintain records in our AMS system

**Requirements:**
- Residency in Illinois
- Experience in Property and Casualty insurance
- AMS 360 experience is a plus
- Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance
