ON THE WAY TRANSPORT LLC. Is inviting Delivery Drivers to join our Team! This is an independent contractor opportunity!

OVERVIEW:

• This is a dedicated route for drivers with their own cargo vans.
• Drivers will arrive promptly at 7 a.m. at the wharehouse. Van will be loaded and you will have the liberty to arrange the route in the order you see fit.
• Drivers will then deliver small orders to businesses in a timely manner.
• Our drivers are making 125$ per day with a workload of 6-9 stops. Routes are expected to be completed by noon!
• Deliveries are 3 days a week. Must be able to drive Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must own a reliable cargo van 2018 or newer. Measurements must be at least 158 inches in length, 50 inches in width, and 50 inches in height. NO CARS, NO TRUCKS, NO SUV’S.
• Drivers should be highly energetic, competent, and self-motivated individuals with a great sense of direction and excellent customer service skills,with the ability to communicate professionally with all customers and staff.
• Fluent English a must.
• Must be 21.
• Must posses valid driver’s license with no accidents, DWI’s, or DUI’s in the last 5 years.
• We prefer applicants with verifiable work history in parcel delivery services but all applicants will be considered.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Dolly or hand truck a plus.
• This position will also require understanding and use of smart phone device to assist with directions to deliveries.
• Must possess active insurance and provide certificate upon request.
