Construction Defect Claims Adjuster (Contract to Hire)
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Defect Claims Adjuster to join our client, a P&C Carrier. Responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex commercial casualty claims. The role requires interpreting policy language, negotiating settlements, managing litigated files, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve claims in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Handle Construction Defect claims,.

Conduct detailed investigations, manage reserves, and negotiate fair settlements.

Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigated files.

Maintain accurate claim documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:
Florida & Texas licensed required.

10+ years of experience in commercial liability / construction defect claims.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, claim handling, and litigation management.

FL and Texas Claim Adjuster’s license and Construction Defect experience.
