Key Responsibilities:

• Parking Lot Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot area, ensuring it is free from debris and hazards.
• Site Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks around the car wash site, including trash removal, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces to maintain a tidy and inviting environment for customers.
• Vacuum Maintenance: Monitor and unclog vacuum stations as needed to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
• Membership Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell membership packages, providing information about benefits and assisting with sign-ups as required.
• Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with using the car wash facilities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold company standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
