Position: Communications Coordinator Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our internal and external communications efforts, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful. You will play a key role in supporting our organizational goals by developing communication strategies, managing content across various platforms, and fostering relationships with stakeholders Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and websites.
• Manage and maintain the organization's media relations, including drafting press releases and responding to media inquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with the organization of events, ensuring effective promotion and communication before, during, and after events.
• Monitor and analyze communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of various communication channels and marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media management and content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
