Key Responsibilities:
* Loan Origination & Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of commercial loans to meet clients' financial needs while managing risk.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, becoming their trusted financial advisor.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Assess risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
* Loan Portfolio Management: Manage an existing loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Business Development & Networking: Drive new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and industry reputation.
* Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with a successful track record.
* Strong business development and risk management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
