Machine Operator – Temp-to-Perm
Location: Guilford, CT | Hours: 5:15 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday

Nesco Resource is hiring a CNC Machine Operator with setup experience for milling and lathe machines. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines
Read blueprints and follow job specifications
Perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Monitor machines, make adjustments, and ensure quality
What We're Looking For:
2 years of CNC setup and operation (milling & lathe)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
