Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for the Clinical Nutrition Manager I position at ECU Duplin in Kenansville, NC.

ECU Duplin is a community rural hospital with Women's Care, OB, ICU, and med/surg.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will:

• Be a Registered Dietitian
• Have strong clinical nutrition skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with the interdisciplinary team.
• Primarily be responsible for the clinical program, 50% direct care of patients and compliance with regulatory and accreditation preparation and visits;
• Responsible for performance improvement activities.
• Supports patient services employees and processes. .
• 50% indirect care- provides training and education of staff and personnel and work with the food and nutrition management team to achieve patient satisfaction goals.
• Have excellent communications and strong customer service skills.
• Have experience with electronic health records is ideal;

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
