About the Role:

As an RN Clinical Manager/Field RN, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating clinical services, providing and directing nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a hybrid position, meaning you'll work some days in the office and other days in the field, providing direct patient care.

What You'll Do:

Deliver clinical services within your scope of practice, adhering to state regulations and the patient's plan of care, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Manage referrals, ensure appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and schedule start-of-care visits.
Coordinate patient home health benefits, determine medical necessity, and manage insurance approvals.
Continuously assess patient needs and ensure care is individualized, appropriate, meets eligibility criteria, and follows physician orders.
Review assessments and plans of care, providing consultations and recommendations to clinicians.
What You'll Need:

Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
Important Note: This is not a fully remote position. It is a hybrid role that requires both office work in Waldorf, MD, and travel to patient homes in the surrounding area.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 82,320.00 Per Year
