Clifton-Fine Building Maintenance Worker Job Posting

The Clifton-Fine Central School District is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Worker. This opportunity is for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming facilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in multiple standard building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical
• work, masonry, HVAC, and landscaping.
• Familiarity with computer applications, including building automation systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivation and the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Willingness to train as a substitute bus driver (encouraged but not required)

Benefit Package:

• Competitive salary: $35,000–$50,000 (based on experience).
• Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and retirement plan

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, high school equivalency diploma, or an Individual Education plan (IEP) diploma.
• At least one (1) year of experience in building construction, maintenance, or repair
  work.
