What we are looking for:

A driven and mission focused sales professional (Great Plains region which includes TX, OK and NE) to represent and promote Prison Fellowship at conferences, meetings and other events to get churches to register for our Angel Tree program and serve children of the incarcerated in their communities.  Applicant must live in the TX or OK due to need.

Expectations of this role:

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Employ expert level "sales" skills to recruit new/lapsed AT churches and organizations to build support capacity resulting in 100% child coverage
• Manage the resourcing and execution of all AT recruitment events and registrations within major urban areas of need
• Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of AT Christmas implementation
• Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role
• 3+ sales related/territory experience
• Relevant b achelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to learn new technology as needed
• Salesforce proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to: Texas or Oklahoma
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• This is a remote/work from home position with a minimum 40% travel component

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $68,000.
