Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Perform basic chimney services, including cleaning, safety inspections, and small repairs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and satisfaction.
• Diagnose chimney and fireplace issues, offering tailored solutions to clients.
• Develop, present, and follow up on proposals for repairs, upgrades, and restorations.
• Earn the right to upsell larger projects by delivering exceptional service and identifying customer needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or technical degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined with experience in basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and outdoor work.
  • Ambitious, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
  • A team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
