Challenger Sports is looking for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coach to fill roles in our Challenger Soccer Academy programs in the Connecticut area. 

What is Challenger Soccer Academy?Professional coaching in a local soccer organization.  

• You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
• Responsible for managing/coaching/communicating with your own team, number of teams you coach depends on experience. 
• Deliver in-house practice sessions with various ages, deliver coaches clinics and provide coach education.  
• Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Information:

• Practices with your teams will take place in the evenings Monday to Friday.
• There also may be some weekend mornings where you are required to coach during the team's weekend soccer matches.

Location: Connecticut Area

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour

Requirements:

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application
• Drivers Licence
• Reliable transportation
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures
• It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Playing/coaching experience is desired
• You must have valid work authorization

What is TinyTykes?

TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

What is the Challenger Soccer Academy?  

Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 - 18 years old.
