Position Overview: As a Service Cashier, you will play an integral role in providing our customers with a seamless and positive service experience. You’ll be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compute and finalize customer invoices using dealership systems.
• Process payments via cash, check, or credit card, following established procedures.
• Securely manage payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate service records and reconcile daily totals.
• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member for resolution.
• Ensure waiting areas and workspaces are clean, organized, and inviting.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• A pleasant phone voice and professional demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a good driving record (MVR).
• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is a plus, but not required.
