Job Summary Senior Helpers in Glendale is hiring Caregivers in Peoria, Arizona. The Caregiver will provide compassionate assistance to our elderly clients, and will contribute to the overall team by ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation will be $16-$18 per hour, paid biweekly.
• Part-time.
• Paid sick time off.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship for seniors or the disabled
• Assist clients in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring
• Provide light housekeeping and assist with meal preparation
• Run errands and transport clients to doctor’s appointments
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the appropriate medical personnel
• Assist with attending to emotional needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass drug screening and background check
