**Job Title: Business Operations Analyst II** **Work Location: 145 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142** **Job Description:** Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Business Operations Analyst II. Provide critical operations support in metrics and analytics to sales team and enable/enhance their execution and productivity; Facilitate strategic planning and development of sales operations, focusing on growth and opportunity across the organization; Collaborate with sales operations and leadership to determine reporting needs; Lead sales reporting and analytics that provide timely insights; Demonstrate effective analytical and quantitative capabilities and provide data-backed analysis; Streamline and optimize sales processes to maximize sales productivity; Participate in the sales strategy and planning process; and Work cross functionally to develop and monitor relevant sales training. [AG0016] \#LI-DNI **Required Qualification:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Analytics, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or alternate accepted occupation of Sales Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Specialist, Account Development Specialist, Sales Operations Coordinator, Business Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or related. Must have: Three (3) years of experience providing sales development support for cloud computing and web content delivery, managing sales processes, and Salesforce; One (1) year of experience with Tableau, Anaplan, sales operations, go to market planning, and CRM reporting; and any amount of experience with sales forecasting, order fulfillment logistics, and NetSuite. Alternately, employer will accept no degree and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or alternate accepted occupation of Sales Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Specialist, Account Development Specialist, Sales Operations Coordinator, Business Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or related. Must have: Three (3) years of experience providing sales development support for cloud computing and web content delivery, managing sales processes, and Salesforce; One (1) year of experience with Tableau, Anaplan, sales operations, go to market planning, and CRM reporting; and any amount of experience with sales forecasting, order fulfillment logistics, and NetSuite. **Compensation:** Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $148762 - $155300/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
