We're seeking a friendly and reliable Bellhop to join our team at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center. This full-time seasonal position runs from spring through fall and is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction and creating memorable experiences in a picturesque setting.

As a Bellhop, you'll be the first friendly face to greet our guests and ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. You'll assist with luggage, offer helpful information about the property and local attractions, and deliver outstanding customer service that enhances their stay.

You'll be working your magic on a seasonal basis at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center. The schedule will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage is $17.36 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading and delivering luggage to their rooms.
• Provide helpful information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and entryways.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Front Desk or Management Team.

Skills & Requirements:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 pounds) and navigate stairs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, bending, and walking.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Navigating stairs while carrying luggage.

Performance Measurement:

• 90-day performance review, annual performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
