Job Summary

Summary: As a Banquets Barback, you will be responsible for going from bar stations to bar stations, stocking, refilling garnishes, polishing glassware, stacking, hauling, bringing supplies to and from storage and supporting the bartenders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Replenish liquor, beer, wine, ice, and produce to each bar stations during each service
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, includes cleaning and organizing the stocking areas, bar stations, countertops, and floor stations
• Prepare fruit and other garnishes, and any other request per beverage supervisors
• Provides bartenders with support in order to assure compliance with company service standards
• Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned
