Job Summary :

We are seeking a responsible, caring, and energetic babysitter to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children while ensuring their well-being during your care. The babysitter will handle basic childcare duties, including supervision, playtime, and light household tasks, as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Child Supervision: Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Engaging Activities: Plan and participate in age-appropriate games, activities, and crafts to keep children entertained and engaged.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children, considering any dietary restrictions.
• Bedtime Routine: Assist with evening routines such as bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, and reading bedtime stories (if applicable).
• Hygiene and Care: Handle diaper changes, potty training, or basic hygiene tasks as needed.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding any incidents, activities, or changes during babysitting hours.
• Light Housekeeping: Tidy up play areas, wash dishes used during care, and perform minor cleaning related to the children’s activities.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience caring for children, either professionally or personally.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Patience, empathy, and a cheerful attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adapt to the family’s needs.
• Basic cooking skills for meal and snack preparation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience babysitting multiple children or children of various ages.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on short notice.

Work Schedule :

Part-time or occasional work, typically evenings, weekends, or as needed.

Compensation :

Hourly rate based on experience and responsibilities.
